Yollocalli Arts Reach, the youth initiative of the museum, had a highly creative summer with their youth. After a successful relocation of our new studios and labs at the Little Village Boys & Girls Club and Barrett Park, summer programming has been simply incredible! Youth from all walks of life and from all parts of the city are working alongside renown local, national and international artists. As a way to celebrate this past summer and also welcome the community to our new homes, Yollocalli Arts Reach will be hosting a community event and exhibition Friday, August, 2013 from 5pm to 7pm at the Little Village Boys and Girls Club, 2801 S Ridgeway. Artwork from all summer programs will be featured along with light refreshments and plenty of smiles.
